True, true about the foreign language, lack of baseball gloves and music choice. (With regard to the latter, I think the Austin Powers theme would be appropriate.) It’s comforting to know that regional diversity is not dead and McDonald-ization has not totally triumphed. Here in Massachusetts I am sure that it would never occur to anyone to go fishing at night in a small metal boat using only a flash light while making a lot of noise, unless of course alcohol was involved.
You realize this is an inhumane form of fishing? They are putting an electrical charge in the water that is making the fish jump… THAT’s not fishing in my book.
Sandi, this is not inhumane. And they aren’t using an electrical charge (although I have seen that done, and still don’t consider it inhumane).
