Tailer spent this weekend catching flies and eating them. There were a couple moments when I thought his enthusiasm was going to propel him through the screens on the windows and send him flying through the air towards the garden below. So I got up and closed them. So it’s funny to me that Karen has posted this Monday Movie over on our cat blog, The Cat’s Meow. The behavior of Simon’s Cat in this short cartoon is spot-on. Enjoy:

    I THINK SIMON’S CAT SHOOD MAKE A SEEQWILL CALLED FLYPAPER CUZ LAST WEEK I GOT TANGLED UP IN A STRIP OF FLYPAPER WICH IS MADE OF SOOPER GLOO AND THEY HAD TO PULL SUM OF MY FURS OFF TO GIT IT OFF FLYPAPER IS NOT A FUN PLAYTOY, KITTEHS!

    This is why I have two Afghans. Four cats also live here, but they belong to my kids. Afghan Hounds are not ridiculous lunatics.

    I thought it was cute. A couple of my dogs like to chase flies, they aren’t quite as determined though.

    simons cat is sooooooooooo fuuuuunny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it made me laugh till my mouth hurt!!!!!! simons cat should totally have its own TV show!!!!!!!
