That’s right, PUG PUPPIES! They seem to be sleeping right now, as I watch, resting up for some cute action later… What are they doing for you?

Don’t miss out on the cuteness just because you’re viewing in a reader!

Ultra Kawaii has done a great job of putting together this top ten list of the cutest things on the Internets this past year. Most of these you probably have seen before, here on Snuzzy as well, but are there any that didn’t make this list that you think should have been there? Watch the video with Dave and Josh and then leave a comment and link if you think that there was something that didn’t make the cut, but should have!

Greta Garbo, an Afghan Hound and regular Snuzzy reader, sent me this picture showing how much she likes peanut butter after she watched the video of the cat getting milk out of a glass with his paw.

If you have any funny images or video of your pet being clever while trying to eat, drink or catch something, send them on in!

Speaking as a cat owner, I’m purrty sure that this is exactly what Tailer has in mind for 2009. Dog owners? Need to add anything?

There’s a ton of other funny geeky stuff like this over at Geek Culture!

If you missed all the hype this last fall on Britain’s Got Talent, then you missed Gin, this amazing Border Collie, who took the UK by storm, led by Kate Nicholson–her trainer/owner/best friend. This video shows off Gin’s amazing paw-work, summed up at 1:37 by everybody’s favorite judge Simon Cowell’s remark: “Oh… My… God.”

Maybe y’all were just too busy to send in your Santa Pet Pix this year, or maybe my Snuzzbox is on the fritz, because I only got TWO submissions… But I do have to say two things: 1) these two that came in are TOTALLY PAWESOME and 2) I’m sort of glad that this post is going to take me 5 minutes to submit, and not 60, as it is Christmas Day and I just got out of one nap and am about to get involved with another! Without further ado, here they are:

Jerry
Sent in by Jim & Rene

This photo was taken one month after our Jerry’s
amputation from osteosarcoma when doctors gave him three months to live.

Jerry went on to survive nearly two years, proving them all wrong while
traveling the U.S. with us teaching people that it’s better to hop on three
legs than to limp on four.

We just lost him in October, when the cancer finally took its toll.
Christmas will just not be the same.

Thanks to Karen, Jim and Rene for sharing these Christmas snapshots with all of us. If you’d like to find out more about Jerry and his goodwill efforts, you may do so at Tripawds.com.

I think that Jerry’s message is one that is inspirational to all of us this holiday season, regardless of how many legs we walk on:

It’s better to hop on three legs than to limp on four.
