I have read the book. It was really good, but he dies a tragic sad death at the end. I know Vicki would try to point out how great his life was, and that he got to die the best way. I agree, but the sadness has sent me to depression, thinking of my own cat who passed away five years ago.

Bless his little heart. And bless those wonderful people who took him into the library. He must have had such a strong spirit to make it through that. The patrons and staff of that library were lucky people. I’m sure he brought them much joy.

I just visited several sites and read about the book and an excerpt. I went on my online library network and reserved a copy. I can’t wait to read it!
