There’s a series of commercials in Japan for a bean company called “Mameshiba,” where a person is about to eat one of the beans, but then it’s revealed to have a cute puppy face. The puppy then tells the person some sort of unsettling trivia about animals (”Hippo sweat is pink”) which makes the person lose their appetite and saves the dog-bean thing from being eaten. They’re weird, but cute! You can watch them all here. I’ve embedded the first one:

I love these, I’m so glad you translated this. We got to see them all before a movie at the theater but had no clue what was going on, only that it was wonderful and ridiculous.
