Amex has this cute/annoying habit of sleeping exactly on your hip bone. She’s adorable, but I’m pretty sure putting a 12 lb weight on my hip every night can’t be good for my back. But what am I gonna do.

hahaha, my cat does that too! Well, something similar… She sleeps more on the back of my thighs, and then when I try to move she gets angry :(

My two Afghan Hounds trade off: one on their couch and one on the bed. Thankfully it is a queen, because they like to lie along the footboard, with legs and snout draped over me as I snooze crosswise on the bed, pinned down by dog. I am not allowed to move around. I bet a cat on the hip is providing therapeutic acupressure.

I have 2 25-pound cats who like to do this!

I usually have 6 to 8 dogs in bed with me everynight. THEY WILL NOT MOVE! They allow me approximately 8 inches on the side of the bed, but no foot room.

Mama misses me sleeping on her hip or back when she’s in bed. Enjoy it while it’s happening!!! =^..^=
