Let me start by saying that the word “lullaby” is a weird one, especially if you’ve never written it before, and I don’t think I have until now. It looks like it should be pronounced differently, like LULL-uh-bee, and that the “goodnight song” version should be spelled “lullabi,” but that is obviously the word that refers to the plural form of “lullabus,” which is, of course, far from being a real word.
My, how I nonsensically digress.
