New Tama

Remember Tama? Tama was a cat who held the title of Station Manager to a Japanese train station. Well, he was recently promoted to corporate executive of the Wakayama Electric Railway Company. Good thing he’s putting all that good train training to use. Snuzzy is like an Updates episode of Maury today. (via TheSlyestFox)

Dog Pea

There’s a series of commercials in Japan for a bean company called “Mameshiba,” where a person is about to eat one of the beans, but then it’s revealed to have a cute puppy face. The puppy then tells the person some sort of unsettling trivia about animals (”Hippo sweat is pink”) which makes the person lose their appetite and saves the dog-bean thing from being eaten. They’re weird, but cute! You can watch them all here. I’ve embedded the first one:
