In light of the financial turmoil that is afoot in the world today, the Irritating Revenue Service has decided that all U.S. pet owners (dog, cat, hamster, lizard, June Beetle, snake–the works) will be required to fill in a WK-9 every year when they submit their regular income tax forms. I know: Ree. Diculous.
