This one is kind of heavy. It’s a short video by Current about “Prison Puppy Therapy” a program in which female prison inmates take care of a puppy for a year. It’s therapeutic for the women (many of them mothers) and it helps socialize and pre-train the dogs. After a year, the puppies graduate on to a professional training program and become life-saving law enforcement dogs. The dogs in this video are cute, but the their relationships with the women that raise them is really heartwarming.
