All right, so I’ve accidentally just decided that this week is going to be dedicated to cats and toilets, two things that are adored by many and celebrated by all. Here’s today’s dose of bathroom humor:
The six or seven cats that are not deathly afraid of the sound of a toilet flushing have put together a video showing HOW MUCH THEY LOVE flushing the toilet. After now having watched it six or seven times, I must admit to being purrfectly drained…

Not to be outdone by his water-splashing feline buddy over here, this little pooch seems to be in the splashing business as well. I like how he turns his little head from side to side, as if to say, “Am I there yet?”

These great shots are from my friend Yuko and her boyfriend Nathan, who took them when they were at Point Reyes. (In Point Reyes, on Point Reyes? Oh, I don’t know.)
As you can see, Yuko and Nathan are very much in touch with all things oceanic and they know how to take great pictures of ocean creatures. I am pretty sure that they know and hang out with Aquaman and the Wonder Twins, but that’s another story, one that has very little to do with anything.
