My Afghans do some weird things, but they are happy, healthy, pampered pups. My older dog, Greta Garbo, hates backhoes. I took her to the public works lot to sniff a backhoe. It was invisible to her, so I think it is the rumbling sound that makes her go insane. When she was about 1 1/2 a German Shepherd tried to mug her on a fund raiser walk. Greta is 8 1/2 and makes very angry barks at Germans. She has a special bark for them and I don’t need to look out the window to know one is walking past. I think that different breeds are distinct and different dogs within a breed are distinct. Afghans are definitely unique and my two, auntie and niece, have totally different personalities. One time while walking my dogs around a large lake, a Border Collie chased the Canadian Geese off of one side of the lake then ran like a maniac to where they landed and then herded them back to where they originally were. The dogs and I watched until we were vicariously exhausted.

I think this isn’t funny. This poor dog has some serious issues that should be taken care of not made fun of

to be honest I don’t think it’s funny at all, that dog has some serious problems, that dog is not to smart in my opinion

That’s pretty funny. All the Border Collies we’ve met are totally hyper. My Afghan Hounds look at them with faces that say, “Are you out of your MIND?” Backhoes are another matter. My older dog thinks they are the evil invader from Planet Zod and goes totally ballistic when they rumble down the street.
