This brave little mouse entered a cheetah’s cage at feeding time and proceeded to eat her food. The cheetah sniffed the mouse and batted at it a few times, puzzled. The mouse continued to eat, and the confused cheetah left him alone. (Sent in by Snuzzy reader Delph)

its not cute its ridiculous. the cat has obviously been bred in captivity and brought up on dead meat. consequently it hasn’t a clue how to fend for itself in the natural world. just like 99% of humans.

I have recently received your site on Stumble. I created an account for my mom and checked the “animals” box. This picture was among the first stumbles. It’s good to see it again, such a great pic.

thats not a cheetah it is a Leopard or Jaguar. Cheetahs don’t have the muzzle characteristics and they are a lot thinner. other then that this is an adorable picture, i just wanted to clarify that for ya.

Yeah, tell that to my cats that eat and kill anything they can get their hands on.

  29. abuseguy posted a comment on September 24th, 2009 at 5:33 am

Wait, that’s a cheetah wearing a leopard suit trying to snort a mouse wearing a rat suit…or maybe the other way around.

(I’m pretty sure the cleverly disguised mouse is playing Gershwin…)

  30. Olassie posted a comment on September 24th, 2009 at 6:50 am

Well, I’m pretty sure it’s not just that the cat has been bred in captivity – you think leopards OR cheetahs often waste their time eating baby mice, rats, or gerbils?

Cats don’t need to be taught how to kill, it’s instinctual. They also love playing with their kill. This little rat is just getting a little of the old ‘So punk, tell me, do you think you’re lucky’!

  38. PeractoVita posted a comment on September 25th, 2009 at 9:04 pm

He’s not playing a piano or trying to eat, he’s attempting to use the force on the leopard. That rat/mouse/gerbil/mole/zit is most obviously trying to use Sidious’ force lightning on the poor unsuspecting leopard. The Sith hath risen again.

Is the leopard really a long lost Jedi? Find out in the next movie. Paw Wars: The Phantom Mouse/Rat/Gerbil/Mole/Squirrel attacks the clone Leopard/Cheetah/Mountain Lion/Dog

The force is strong with you Brad O’Farrell.
