Dear “Failure Noticer”–

Perhaps the nature of the title eluded you for a second, but it is simply an old adage that means that when the person “in charge” is away, the underlings will have their fun! You can learn more about this saying here: http://www.bartleby.com/59/3/whenthecatsa.html. But yes, you are right–the pix are of cats and dogs and (YIKES) not mice.

And I do not really understand your assertion that connects a “pattern in stumbles like this” and the notion that “blogging like this is getting annoying,” but you are free to think whatever you like. I totally respect that.

And I hope that you will respect the fact that I think that accusatory, negative and anonymous commenting is “getting annoying.”
